Sean and Amy Maguire found Lake Oconee over twenty years ago. While we only made it home a few years ago, it has always been in our hearts and minds.
Born in Kentucky, we raised our daughters and worked in Tampa Bay, Florida for about thirty years. Greensboro is home for many reasons. We love the kind, generous people and the culture of a vibrant community who cares about each other.
We experienced hot/cold therapy in the late '90s when we were training for the Ironman triathlon. Having competed in countless triathlons, marathons, a lifetime of working out, skiing and playing golf, contrast therapy has been the tool to reduce inflammation and keep us going.
